Silk-Screen Printed Glass is produced by applying a thin layer of
ceramic paint onto the glass surface by adopting silk-screen
printing process. The coated glass is allowed to dry and then
further subjected to tempering process with ceramic paint
incorporated into the glass surface.Unique designs with an infinite
palette. Manufacturing: The process starts with the submission of drawings or finished
artwork from the customer. The screen is then positioned above the
glass surface and the ceramic paint is forced through the openings
in the fiber mesh giving the desired design. The printed
glass plates are then dried with hot air prior to heat-treatment. And then the ceramic paint is fired in a tempering furnace at a
temperature above 600°C. The paint fuses onto the surface of the
glass to form a permanent and durable finish. The heating and
cooling process provides the enameled glass with tempered safety
glass properties. The silk-screen printed glass being scratch
resistant, acid and alkali resistant is a popular decorative safety
glass properties. note: Silk-Screen printing on crystal/glass and transparence of every
sort, in a four-colour process, which makes translucent or
transparent the printed image, characterized by the utilization of
three groups of inks and by the utilization of a system which
diminishes the electrostatical phenomenon and, therefore, partially
eliminates the presence of fine dust on the crystal/glass. Characteristics: - High quality screen printed glass for exterior and interior
decorative use

increase of privacy for occupants
- Always in tempered glass, resistance to mechanical and thermal
shocks up to 5 times higher than nomal float-glass
- Can be coated with high-performance solar control and thermal
insulation coatings.
